You stay, deciding you might pick up some valuable information. Nothing
much happens. The Omnicom leader does nothing more useful than stamp
about muttering angrily. Eventually, when you're about to leave, General
Weikis stalks out, slamming the door furiously. You are very pleased.
Now you can go in and look around for information.
You hurry out onto the carpet and towards the desk. You try to read a paper that you see on the floor, but the insect eyes are too weak. You turn into a mouse to see better. The papers are so boring and irrelevant to the information you were hoping for, that you soon wish you hadn't bothered. But you change your mind quickly when you discover how excellent the vision is. You run to the desk and use your sharp little claws to reach the top of it.
There isn't anything much on it, but the drawer is open. You hop into it. It's full of paper clips and junk. You scrabble around until you come across something that makes your pea-sized heart leap. A microchip!! You know which microchip too. Now you can go. Grasping the microchip in your mouth, you climb out and drop onto the floor.
Then you hear someone coming. It must be a guard. You run to the wall, and with the speed of panic, climb it and squeeze into the crack. After that it's the work of a minute to leave the building, become a kestrel, and fly back to your own base.
You've succeeded and have become a hero!
THE END.
